Nurchr Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nurchr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
About Nurchr
Nurchr provides affirmations, subconscious reprogramming audio, breathwork, grounding exercises, journaling, and other wellness tools.
Nurchr is intended for general wellness, educational, and self-development purposes only.
Not Medical Advice
Nurchr is not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, counselor, or emergency service.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental-health care.
Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of information provided through Nurchr.
Results will vary between users. Nurchr does not guarantee any specific emotional, health, relationship, financial, or personal result.
Emergencies
Nurchr is not designed for emergencies.
If you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
In Canada or the United States, you may call or text 988 for crisis support.
Safe Use
Stop using an exercise if you experience pain, dizziness, panic, severe distress, or discomfort.
Do not use breathwork, meditation, or audio exercises while driving, operating machinery, swimming, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.Accounts
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Protecting your password
Keeping your account secure
Activity that occurs through your account
You must not access or use another person’s account without permission.
Your ContentYou keep ownership of the voice recordings, journal entries, affirmations, and other original content you create.
You give Nurchr permission to store and process your content only as needed to provide the app’s features.
You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, stolen, or violates another person’s rights.
You must not record another person without their permission when permission is required by law.
Subscriptions
Some Nurchr features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
Deleting Nurchr or deleting your Nurchr account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
License to Use Nurchr
Nurchr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may use Nurchr on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the applicable app store.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to obtain the source code of Nurchr, except where applicable law allows it.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
Use Nurchr for illegal purposes
Copy, sell, or redistribute Nurchr content
Share paid content without permission
Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the app
Bypass payment or security systems
Use the app to threaten, harass, or harm others
Impersonate another person
Use Nurchr content to create a competing service
OwnershipNurchr’s app, name, branding, audio, text, designs, exercises, and other original materials belong to Nurchr or its licensors.
Using Nurchr does not give you ownership of this content.
Account Deletion and Suspension
You can delete your account from the app by opening your profile, selecting Delete Account, and confirming the deletion.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, misuses the app, fails to make required payments, or creates a legal or security risk.
Disclaimer
Nurchr is provided “as is” and “as available.
”We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for every person.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nurchr is not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made based on information provided through the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Apple App Store Terms
The following terms apply when you download or use Nurchr through the Apple App Store.
Agreement With Nurchr
These Terms are between you and Nurchr only, and not Apple.
Nurchr, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
Your use of Nurchr must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable App Store usage rules.
Scope of License
Your license to use Nurchr is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
Nurchr may also be accessed through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where permitted by Apple.
Maintenance and Support
Nurchr is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app as required under applicable law.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Nurchr.

Warranties
Nurchr is responsible for any warranties that apply to the app, except where those warranties are legally excluded.
If Nurchr fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the app, if any.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding Nurchr.
Nurchr is responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses caused by a failure to meet an applicable warranty.
Product Claims
Nurchr, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your use of the app.
This includes product-liability claims, claims that the app does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection claims, and privacy-related claims.
Intellectual Property ClaimsIf a third party claims that Nurchr or your use of Nurchr infringes their intellectual-property rights, Nurchr, not Apple, will be responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.
Legal Compliance
By using Nurchr, you confirm that:
You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as supporting terrorism.
You are not listed on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Terms
You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using Nurchr, including your wireless-data, internet-service, Apple App Store, and device agreements.
Apple as a Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
After you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce the Apple-related sections of these Terms against you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any updated version will show a new effective date.
Continuing to use Nurchr after an update means you agree to the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
