Voice recordings you create
Journal entries and other content you save
Messages you send to customer support
If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, they process your payment. Nurchr does not receive your complete payment-card information.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Provide Nurchr’s features
Save your recordings, journal entries, and preferences
Manage subscriptions
Improve the app
Fix technical problems
Respond to support requests
Send important account or service updates
We do not sell your private voice recordings or journal entries.
Microphone Access
Nurchr may request access to your microphone so you can record affirmations and other personal audio.
You can turn off microphone access through your device settings.
Sharing InformationWe may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate Nurchr, including:
Cloud-storage providers
Analytics services
Subscription-management services
Customer-support providers
Apple and Google app stores
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect Nurchr, our users, or others.
Data Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Nurchr, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the Nurchr app:
Open your profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.
You may also request help by emailing ashley@nurchr.app.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Children’s Privacy
Nurchr is not intended for children under 13.
Users under 18 should use Nurchr only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Wellness Information
Nurchr is a general wellness and self-development app. It is not a medical or mental-health service.
Information you enter may relate to your emotions, relationships, stress, anxiety, or other sensitive subjects. Only enter information you are comfortable storing in the app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any updated version will show a new effective date.
